Red Mesa Restaurant

Food and service is usually high caliber. This trip one item, the pork carnitas, was very dry. Everything else was terrific including our waiter.

Both food and service were fantastic. The food was authentic, delicious, and beautifully presented. I adore tamales, and they are impossible to find, but Red Mesa has them! The only disappointment was the taco salad, but as everything else was so good, it didn't matter (and the staff graciously took it off the tab). As well, I remember this business when it opened in the 90's. Kudos to Red Mesa for longevity!

This was the first time I have been here, it won't be the last, and I don't know why it has taken me so long to eat here before now!! The food is AMAZING, and the wait staff incredible!
We had our staff Christmas party here, and our waiter was very attentive, and on it! For all of us having separate checks, he didn't complain once, and didn't get anything wrong. I can't wait to go back with my husband so he can experience the great food I did!

Doing my traveling nurse thing again. Long day in the OR. Needed a place to enjoy a dinner I didn't have to cook. Food had great flavor. Atmosphere enjoyable. Wait staff attentive to my needs. Price where you want it to be. Great way to unwind. Only complaint was they didn't have my idea of a great chocolate desert. Oh well, still rates a five and definitely worth the moment.

Great Mexican restaurant in St Pete! Come here for regular outings and business lunches and never disappointed! The food is always good, nicely presented and good service. It does get a little busy during lunch time on the weekdays so we avoid that by coming by 11.30 am if we have big groups. They have a Prix fixe lunch menu for $14 which has a lot of items that are not on the regular menu and come with drinks, salad/soup. I got the leek crusted salmon and it was great as usual.
