The Getaway Maximo

Came here for breakfast and enjoyed eating out by the water. It was just what you want in a waterfront restaurant. Great atmosphere and the service was good. Cocktails were a little on the weak side but the food was good and came out fast. Great location to come by boat with all their guest slips. Definitely looking forward to another visit.

Cool, upscale but casual setting. Several areas to choose seating. Indoor/outdoor, open air. Nice views of the boats in the marina. A little tucked away and hard to find. The drinks were good but up in price. The food was ok. Staff is very attentive. Love the setting but would have to try some other offerings and maybe during a happy hour.

The atmosphere is incredible. Very relaxed and comfortable. Great food and great drinks. Very different from the Gandy location but both are equally nice. If you want to come have a relaxed, even a romantic evening, this is the place to go.

They have a gorgeous bar with large outdoor casual seating. Coconut shrimp and fish tacos are great. We had a couple dozen of ice cold raw oysters. Our server Marty was helpful. A nice variety of beach cocktails and similar beer and shine is present.

We came here while visiting St Pete. We were staying in the area and wanted a few drinks. They apparently just finished a remodel, which is absolutely gorgeous. We popped a squat looking out over the harbor and enjoyed a couple casual drinks with very nice service. I do not know about the food, but the facility is awesome and would love to go back while in town the next time.
