Pepo's Cuban Cafe

Small intimate place. A ranch style house design.. Cuban food cooked ready to eat just pick your favorite and sit down or take out. The staff is friendly and it has a family feel. I enjoy my meal and honestly I couldn't eat the whole meal at one sitting.

Excellent food. Good portions. I highly recommend the picadillo. My husband and I enjoy their food so much that we decided to order catering for our wedding reception. Everyone loved it!!

I had the omelet sandwich with ham and swiss and my friend had the chicken and rice. Scrambled egg was cooked perfect. .50 to add onion and peppers. Well worth it. My friend had the chicken with black rice. My friend loves black rice and she normally cant find it around. So she was super stoked. They gave us a warm friendly greeting and helped guide us through the menu. Checked on us to make sure we were enjoying it. In my experience that doesn't always happen at a counter-service restaurant. Very well priced.

From out of town but grew up in Florida. I always look to have a Cuban sandwich when I’m in central and south Florida. Pepo’s had excellent food and was definitely a local place vs a chain. While the food was outstanding, the restaurant was a bit on the dated and dirty looking side, which is my only criticism. If you’re looking for great food to take out, this is a great place. The crowds at lunchtime are a testament to the food quality and value for the spend.
