    If you are in the St. Pete area and are looking for an incredible, personalized (yet ultra casual) oyster dining experience, you aren't going to find anyone better to give that to you than David at Modern Brine! His knowledge and delivery are second to none! Do yourself a favor and go get your mind blown by the experience David has crafted for his customers!

    Phenomenal and fun oyster experience! Not your typical oyster bar. David does a remarkable job hitting all taste buds and senses while giving perfect descriptions and education on oysters in a fantastic atmosphere. Impressive and will return.

    In a city of hidden gems this is the best place to find oysters served by a gastronomical genius. David mixes flavor profiles and combines them with oysters from all over the world to give you not only an experience but something you will never forget. This is our favorite oyster place in the world.
