A Taste For Wine

This is such a great bar to go with a group or worth a date. It is not overly loud which makes it very laid back. You can hear what the person next to you is saying. They have a wonderful wine and beer selection and a knowledgeable staff. It's rarely ever crowded, so it's very chill.

Great place for a glass of wine and quiet conversation. It's cozy with comfortable seating and simulated fireplace. There is also an outside balcony which is fun for people watching and enjoying nice weather and First Friday activities.

Might be a hidden gem of downtown St. Petersburg. Sitting on the balcony you can people watch while listening to music from the neighboring bars.

The wine menu offers some unique blends. Very good wines and nice selection.

Been here a couple times now and I love it! The first time I was told they didn't have a menu so I described what wine I like and what I was looking for and they brought out a few wines to taste until I found one I wanted. I sat on the balcony and watched the people down on Central Ave. I ended up having a nice convo with one of the owners until they closed.

On my more recent visit they did have a menu, but the wine list didn't seem quite accurate compared to what they actually had in stock. Didn't bother me because, again, they let me sample a couple wines based on my taste and their recommendations and I ended up with another terrific wine. I also ordered the lemon chicken pizza and it was tasty, too.

I wish they were open more days, but I'll definitely be visiting again soon. It's a small wine bar that's great if you want to get away from the crowds and just relax and enjoy some good wine while you chat with the staff inside or people watch on the balcony outside.

Great atmosphere, and wine and beer selection. I love the owners , they always make you feel welcome. Try the pizza it's delicious!
