Great food. Love the half chicken dinner. Meatloaf was very good too

The good: I ordered the heat and serve Thanksgiving meal for 12. It was a decently portioned and easy enough to heat. If I was rating just the product, I would have given a 5.

The Bad: The wait to pick-up the heat and serve meal was an hour and 40 minutes. I'm not sure what went into prepping these pre-proportioned and cold sets of meals. But it was clear that they weren't setup ahead of time. There was no organization or order or list of people's pick up time. There was just a list of the order you showed up in kept by the employee that they threw to the woods. Complaining inside (which would have required you to make a big fuss and cut the regular line to complain to someone) led to that person being helped first. It could have ruined my thanksgiving meal if I wasn't the type to bake extra time into any plan I come up with.

Stephanie is awesome! Was quick and correct getting our order together, We love brownies too but opted for the 4 pk cookies today. Always have a great experience when we come to this location.
