Was a Lil backed up but the service made up for the wait. The guys worked fast and precise. I think the cashier was new and did a great job

The best no more needs to be said but I still will. Came in a few nights ago a few minutes before close and the guy behind the counter was getting torn up but some people for no reason( they where drunk). I could tell he was shaken up and this guy is the best all the staff are fantastic at this location. I come in all the time tired and worn out but they improve my mood every time. Plus the sandwich’s are top notch idk where you can get a better sandwich at the price and quality. This place is hands down the best.

I’ve never had better customer any other place than here. Jon is a great manager with the personality that lights up a room when he walks in. The staff is careful and considerate and have remembered my order every time I walk in the door! It’s great to see friendly places with amazing food to match.

The 3 guys working the night of 1/20/2019 were superb! They were polite, on point, and customer focused! I would recommend this sub shop anytime with these 3 guys! They are the definition of a great employee!

Love, Love, Love you guys. Amazing Philly's. My partner ordered a roast beef sandwich, but didn't realize that sometimes roast beef can be a little rare. He gets grossed out at the sight of what he calls "pink meat". We didn't even say anything because it was our own fault but one of the employees overheard us discussing trading sandwiches with each other and came over to check if everything was good. They employee offered to make a different sandwich free of charge for him stating he wanted to make sure we were happy. WE SURE WERE HAPPY after that. This is a prime example of excellent customer service. I wish more places cared for their patrons in this way.
