Willie Jewell's Old School Bar-B-Q Seminole

I really liked the atmosphere here. It felt like you were at a BBQ. I loved the decor and rustic yet modern. We had the brisket, pulled pork and ribs. All were wonderfully smoked! Ribs are dry rubbed. Of course the kids had chicken tenders and thought they were the best. Fries are good, Mac and cheese nice and sticky and the Cole slaw was excellent. The BBQ sauces are really good. We mixed the hot and sweet to make a wonderful creation. The kids enjoyed the hickory and the mustard based sauce with the chicken. It's nice to have a good BBQ place in the new center.

One of the couple places I frequent when I want meat. I've had takeout a few times and today was the first time I dined in. My mac and cheese, sweet potato mash, smoked sausage, brisket were near perfect. My bread pudding was good, not great. And they offer a delicious bottled pineapple cider. Everyone is friendly and courteous all the time, caring about you and acting as a team. And I've never seen a manager? (Chris) work as hard as his staff. Try it out!

Ribs were sooo good. Dry rub is wonderful and it’s nice that they don’t put a sauce on them. If you like them saucy mix the hickory heaven and sweet n’ sassy. It’s the perfect mix. Bread pudding put it over the top. Portions are just right. I need to come back and try everything else ????

Today was the first time I that had been there. Ordered a half slab of ribs, they were awesome! Atmosphere was cool. Friendly service. I ended up getting a full slab of ribs to go. Definitely will go back. I'll have to force myself to just go once a week. I could very easily go there 3 or 4 times a week.

We were meeting up with our Supper Club from church. All of their staff are pleasant, very helpful, orders were taken fairly quickly and there wasn't a wait for our food. In our order there was Smoked Catfish, with coleslaw green beans and Hush puppies. Fried pickles a good taste crisp and fresh. 1/3 slab of ribs with macaroni and cheese and collard greens and the heat in the greens was strong for my liking, a little under done but ok. Macaroni and cheese very flavorful. The staff is very attentive to the handicapped clientele.
