    The Fit Stop shakes are phenomenal. They are so good. I recommend the PB&J one. I love it. It is so tasty and for someone who likes to work out its flavor. And protein all in one definitely if I'm running I will stop here after my workout. I will have a shake. And it makes me feel so happy and then I will go on my day. Because I feel so regenerated after having one at theirs.

    Fantastic spot to grab a smoothie, protein shake, or poke pole. The staff was super friendly. Protein shake was an awesome post workout snack. Very tasty!

    The fruit and other ingredients were very fresh and the prices were lower than the nation chains. I recommend this place.

    I love this place! Not only are the smoothies amazing and decently priced, the owners are friendly and really value their customers! I would highly recommend one of their bowls! You won’t be disappointed!!!

    Best shakes hands down, custom tailer your shakes to your dietary needs. Honestly, you just don’t get the same level of attention at your Smoothie King or Tropical Smoothie, and the shakes are 1000% better than them as well. I will drive 30 minutes just to get their shakes (do it at least 3 times a week). Highly recommend Peppermint Patty (AKA Thin Mint).
