Doc Ford's Rum Bar and Grille St Pete Pier

Fish tacos were so full of fish and fresh cabbage and fruit. So much better than expected! Rum runner was very tasty and being on the water with great live music and bright sun made for a perfect experience. My 3 yo loved the chicken tenders and fries and the ice cream sandwich at the end was a happy treat for him that he loved too. Thanks so much for a great experience!

What a wonderful experience! The food was fantastic and Chef Rob went out of his way to make sure that we were served meals that had dietary restrictions. It was truly a refreshing and wonderful time. Outside dining Under the Stars was beautiful. And the wait staff couldn't be more friendly. I highly recommend stopping in and visiting this excellent restaurant. One of my favorites in all of St Pete. Definitely worth a visit whether you are local or visiting, stop in and see what this restaurant is all about!

Eh... a bit overrated. Prepare for a wait for drinks/food at a table. The lights are SO bright inside. Kind of kills the ambiance, feels like your in a office building at work. Servers are super nice though! They did their best with what they had. My friends enjoyed the food and the seafood looked super fresh. They also cater to people with allergies to seafood like me.

This place is fabulous! From the hosts, to the servers, to the food, food runners, drinks & ambiance! I took my mom, for her birthday, and we couldn't have had a better time! The wings were huge & flavorful, the "Doc's Cure" drink will knock your socks off! My tropical salad with blackened shrimp was to die for & my moms ribs were sweet, smokey & fell right off the bone! Now....there's that carrot cake...oh dear lord! That carrot cake was well worth the calories! We'll be back for sure!!!

What an awesome experience! Gabriel our waiter was so attentive, fun and professional. The food was amazing. You have to try the Steak salad and the signature shrimp. I was also impressed with their Covid procedures ,masks needed to be worn when not at a table and someone was cleaning the surfaces and doors the whole time which helped me feel at ease being out. Oh and one more thing the water views are amazing, we even saw dolphins!
