Special Pho

My husband and I came in for an early dinner. The staff was friendly and inviting but can use some training. We just sat down and got our menus ...approached in less than one minute to see if we are ready to order, twice. Not bad just eager.. I can appreciate that... give us a chance to read the menu. As for the food my husband ordered pho and I ordered broken rice with grilled pork. The broken rice was delicious and the fish sauce was on point. I think this dish could use some more fresh veggies. Maybe some lettuce and tomatoes to throw in to balance out all of the flavors of this dish. Either way it was fantastic. My husbands pho was enjoyable for him as well. The noodles caught him off guard, But he enjoyed them. The broth was a little on the sweeter side but everyone has a different recipe. Definitely will try it again once they work out some of the kinks.

As a Vietnamese, I want to say their Pho is delicious with authentic taste. I hope they won't alter the recipe in the future. Would love to come back to try other dishes. Great experience over all!

My wife's first time eating pho and Thai our server made it a wonderful experience. Best spot I've been to. Thank you guys for the awesome service we will no doubt be back!!!

All time my favorite place to go for authentic Pho. The only spot my friends and I will go to. Not only is it great food butt server Tom is amazing and very friendly. Highly recommended in Tampa Bay Area!!!!
