Starbucks

My last experience here was horribly frustrating. My experiences prior to that were nothing to write home about either. However today was different. Nelson not only remembered my bad experience I had the last I was here but also thanked me for giving them another chance. My food and drink were perfect. Much better experience. Thank you Nelson.

Nice and neat. I wish they had Dine-in available again. Store closed rather early - 8pm but it is a coffee shop and possibly not so many customer late at night.
I was there a minute before closing and the server treated me as if they were just opening - a smile, took our order fast and drinks were ready in a minute unlike some other Starbucks locations. Enjoy your visit there.

Coffee is always awesome they are a bit pricey but worth it

Easy to follow directions. Order came out fast even with a long line out in drive thru. Pumpkin cream very good. Made best of other locations I have been to.

Giving 5 Stars for the long standing team members because they have always been very nice and delivered excellent customer service. Recently there are some new members to the team and they aren't as friendly to deal with. Even behind the mask, you still have to deliver great customer service. I understand it's very busy and you can only do what you can do, but if you aren't happy working here, this isn't the place for you. They are all usually happy and even on their bad days, they find a way to deliver.
