Starbucks

Patrick was a delight in the drive through. The team actually melted the honey in my iced matcha latte which no other Starbucks ever does, I end up with a chunk of cold honey at the bottom of the cup.
Great experience and I will go out of my way to come back to this location.
Also I just really love seeing pronouns on name tags!

I was here for the free coffee special, it is a decent size store with plenty of parking. It was packed. The ordering line is long, but the staff is very helpful and efficient. The waiting time is 15 minutes but is understandable. I do see the barista got frustrated with the workload, however, the drinks that I got didn't drop the quality.

11/01 - Update: The service is great every time I am at this location. I got the free drink and I loaded up my drink to the limit. No complaint, no fuss.

Great staff quick service. I actually feel bad for them at times because this particular Starbucks is inside the mall and the lines can get long. They always manage to stay calm under a lot of pressure and get the drinks food made to everyone's liking as quick as they do! Kudos to the staff! Especially for it being inside the mall!
