The Crumb Factory Bakery & Cafe

This review is a a couple months old and hope they got better. Has so much potential and the right equipment.

There were only two pastries selections in Saturday morning and neither was good. Cut up the croissant and layers weren't there, the other pastry has no idea what that is, muffin bread? blend.. The cappuccino/latte, need to froth the milk much much longer. I am surprised there is no breakfast sandwich but there is staffs in the kitchen area.

Update:
As promised I went back. As promised, everything is better. As promised, from two stars to 4 stars. The drinks, the baked goods are much better. Yet to retry the croissant nor the bread. I have no idea for the name, but it was so good. Will try other items the next time.

Glad to see continue to improve and impressive. The coffee is very good and so as the eggs and toast.

Service and food quality are still very good. However, for the breakfast sandwich, better to stick with the original sour dough bread. Changed to croissant and added cheese. The sandwich is very pricey. I rather pay less and get more from Craft Kafe.

Cute artisan cafe and bakery on Central. You have to get a cinnamon roll! They serve fresh pastries, coffee, salads, and sandwiches. The inside has a very cute environment as well. 🥐

I thought this place was pretty good. The high points were the cruffin (croissant shaped in muffin tin filled with vanilla cream) and the reuben with a fried egg. The peach pastry was alright but nothing compared to that cruffin. The avocado toast was a disappointment and lacked any significant seasoning. I had the dancing goat blend coffee which was fruity and flavorful but my wife’s Americano was weak. I’ll definitely be returning to try their other pastries and sandwiches.

I just moved to the area and was headed home this morning and wanted to treat myself to a coffee and breakfast sandwich and a loaf of sourdough for the house. I am VERY pleased! The space is clean and bright and everyone seemed happy to be there :-) the food is delicious! Coffee made perfectly! I’ll be visiting again, for sure!!! (Egg white croissant was delicious)! The menu has enough variety, but isn’t overwhelming. Definitely give this place a try!
