Ohio pizza parlor is fantastic! I lived in Ohio for 50 years and could never find pizza here in Florida that even came close. Not until I heard about OPP and gave it a try. It’s delicious and as close to my favorite place in Columbus as I’ve ever found. It’s almost a dead ringer. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for the good stuff!
I’m down with OPP!
I started eating these once I hopped in the car! If you like thin crust this place is definitely IT! and it’s right by the beach! Skip the chain restaurant thin crust pizzas, they don’t even come close. The crust has a nice crispy crunch to it. And the flavor was on point! I got two 12” pizzas; a spicy meatball and a regular cheese. The spicy meatball had a nice little kick to it and the cheese just what I wanted. Will definitely be back!
A mostly to-go establishment as it's small with only two small tables. As for the pizza... Is it Donatos? No. Is it Cassanos or LaRosa's? Thankfully no. Is it Christy's or Marions? Unfortunately No. Would it be competitive in Ohio? Yes, for sure. Thin crispy crust with a mildly spiced sauce along with fresh toppings and square cut. That's all spot on in general. Is it love at first taste? No, not for me. I'd like a slightly thicker crust by about 1mm or maybe 2mm tops. Also would like to see more cheese of a step up in quality. The other toppings were solid and the sausage perfect. So overall, this to me is just a decent pizza that if in Ohio would not pull me from my regular spots, but could be in an occasional rotation. A place called Marion's out of Dayton is my benchmark of perfection for Ohio Pizza and a place called Cassanos is my benchmark of failure with Donatos being on par with a solid 3 star rating. If you know Ohio style pizza, that's how I rank this one. Come give this a try since, if anything, its worth a try to see if you fall in love at first taste. Go Buckeyes...
The OPP pizza restaurant is really good.
New local pizza place right next door to Wheelhouse on central and 73rd.
Super thin crust, fresh ingredients and cool locals working. Definitely worth a try.
(They made my little pizza without cheese, I’m vegan. That’s why it looks weird🤣)
I'm obsessed with this pizza place! Saw many great reviews before I actually went & boy am I glad we did. It's a bit of a ride from our house but 100% worth the trip. We got the meat lovers, 1/2 with cream cheese & hot honey drizzle on the side (my man said the drizzle made the pizza) The OPP house salad was quite possibly the best salad I've ever had! I love homemade dressings & their honey peppercorn vinaigrette & ranch did not disappoint. The staff was super friendly & we cannot wait to go back!
