Pizza Hut

Once again a great experience at this place! The pizza was great but the calzone was out of this world.

I am back to leave a completely opposite review than last month. So I had a terrible experience as many of you can see on my last review. I feel like it is so easy for many of us customers to always hop on to leave bad reviews and negative comments, however, I think we need to start leaving reviews and comments more often when we have great experiences!! .....Since then, I have had corporate reach out to me and apologize, and commit to making sure this store made positive changes. Today, I am giving this Pizza Hut location a 5 star rating because for the last two times I have ordered, they have been prompt, polite, my food has arrived fresh and packaged perfectly. I have noticed a big change and I can see they have made improvements which is amazing! I'm not sure if sharing my experience made a difference, but I see that this location is working towards becoming a much better store with high quality customer service. I felt that they needed to be recognized for their efforts and I am really grateful for these wonderful changes! Thank you Tarpon Springs Pizza Hut, you guys have provided awesome service lately!!
