Rick's New York Pizza of Tarpon Springs

Best food, service, and people in the area HANDS DOWN! Im a cook myself and i know good REAL food that's actually CARED about when i taste it and see it. Hit the spot, filled me up, and I will DEFINITELY be back! BIG SHOUT OUT to Alexandria aka Alex for being not only a great team member to Ricks New York pizza but also a great down to earth, yet PROFESSIONAL person who made me feel like I was ordering from family. THAT will keep me coming back for sure! Love the food, love the staff, great attitudes, and from what i seen, great team work! Good job guys! You have a returning customer, you'll see me and my family soon!

Our first time there we ordered the two slices of pizza and soda for $5.00 before 4pm. The pizza arrived and noted the sauce was far away from the crust. We showed the waiter who was so polite and he said he understood and that he will mention it to the cook. The pizza was good. Went back another time thereafter and ordered same and noted the sauce was up to the crust! Very good! Same waiter and everyone was happy! Time has gone by and now I have to add a negative comment. I was trying to phone in a order and I received on end of phone " please hold" by a female.. I held and held, hung up and tried again same please hold and just put you on hold not waiting for a response from us. We were trying to order a pizza for pickup and was like 40 minutes away. We were getting closer to pizzeria and tried again please hold, I said NO and I gave her my order now we were 20 minutes away. We thought maybe they are very busy. Well, we got there. Only one couple in place. The girl seemed to be occupied talking with the male employee. We had to wait for the pizza. We spoke to the girl about her lack of communication and she laughed ..not very funny to us. I feel the owner should be made aware of her incompetent work otherwise he will lose customers. We were tired and just wanted our pizza to be ready for us to pick up. The time was about 7pm.

Really good NY style pizza the way it should be. We love Ricks and recommend it to anyone looking for the real deal NY pizza. The people that work thee are really nice too. Try it. you'll love it!

It was Christmas Eve and I didn't feel like cooking. So I asked Google for a pizza place near me. I ended up ordering from Rick's New York Pizza. I come from CT and enjoy a nice thin crust. Well they nailed it. The crust is the best I have found since I moved to Florida 7 years ago. It is crispy and chewy. This is where I will continue to go to. Bravo!!

This is a down to earth little place. Very outstanding food freshly made. I take my kids there all the time after practice and they love it. The service is magnificent. It's a shame that people don't have enough experience or appreciate home made food fresh to order they should not be working in places like that.what they should do is go to anger management classes so they can become a better person.
