Olive The World Bistro

The food is delicious and we enjoyed the jazz combo. They make their own pasta. One of us had smoked salmon with olives, capers, and artichokes over linguini. Another had linguini work meatballs. And one had a lobster salad with very fresh salad fixings and a lovely dressing the server made on the spot from their selection of flavored balsamic vinegars and olive oils. We all said we would get the same dishes again. Note that portions are not large but they were sufficient for us.

Very trendy cosmopolitan atmosphere. Extremely fresh tasty food. Couldn't believe how reasonable our lunch price was.

I wish there was a way to upgrade the accoustics and sound deadening. Just a few full tables make it hard to hear.
When the weather warms again, we will frequent the outside tables.

It is one of few best restaurants in Tarpon Springs. Their staff are very friendly and love to share information about their various oil olives favors. It is a must-go.

Amazing, fresh, quality food. Worth the price. The atmosphere is great too. Live music Friday and Saturday night. Plus, a buffet of flavored olive oils and balsamic vinegar. And don't forget the market.
