GREAT roof top bar. Good tunes. Nice views and beautiful building. Could be much BETTER... Food gets it 3 stars.

Fab place and food! For years you take your friends and family here! A good time. Usually good service:) food always good, eat local fish!!! Prices higher than most! Is on water....

I'm torn on how to rate Billy's. I really enjoy the rooftop bar. Live music and good drinks. It has a great view of the sunset (at least until the final condo is built across the way). You can eat on the rooftop or in the dining room. Here is where I'm torn. Most people I talk to love Billy's food but I think it's just okay. For me personally it lacks pizazz. The dishes I've tried are a little bland and light on flavor. Portions are moderate and prices were marginally high.

This plane should be known the world over! Bang bang shrimp..... The best Ive ever eaten to this day still.

Every dish I have enjoyed here was Devine, Tasty. WORTH IT. I have taken my daughter's and my dates. We have all enjoyed the experience.

Billy's is one of my FAVORITE places to go for great food and entertainment. Love this place. The piano man is awesome and the sister/brother team for later in the evening are out of this world especially if you love to hear some great sax playing and singing! Upstairs, when in season, they even have a guitar player/singer where you sit atop the boat and enjoy the beautiful view especially on a nice evening. A little something for everyone. This restaurant has such a great atmosphere with great food and entertainment that you can't go wrong. I have never gone there yet and not had an absolute great experience
