Bilmar Beach Resort

We love coming to the Bilmar Beach Resort it’s in a perfect location with fun activities to do outside and 2 pools. If your handicap or have a hard time get to the beach they have a wheelchair that you can push someone in the ocean it’s awesome!! I love this resort the staff is great Ollie and Sam were super nice and very helpful!! Thanks for a wonderful stay we will be back!!

Our family of 5 stayed here for a few days at the beach while on vacation. We loved the amenities of beach towels, chairs, beach toys, and everything we needed so we didn't have to pack it. Hotel is vintage but very well taken care of and updated. We were very well taken care of and service top notch. Would recommend!

This hotel is one of the highest rated in this area. I've been staying here for years. If you stay for a few nights you definitely won't be let down.

I have stayed in many resorts, and the Bilmar has by far been the best ever. John at the desk at night is awesome. Sam a ground keeper is top notch. Taylor at night is big help. Mary house keeping was always a big help. Amenities are everything you could you need. We were having so much fun I extended our stay . You can not go wrong with the Bilmar

Spent five days vacation. My friend made the lodging arrangements. The hotel was nice, but in my opinion over-priced. The room was comfortable, but carpet was not very clean. Kitchenette was well stocked. 7th floor view was very nice. The elevator was s-l-o-w. The beach is a VERY far walk from the rooms. Being disabled, I wasn't able to walk all of the way to the water and back. Not pleased with having to go down to Sloppy Joe's outer waiting area or out to the beach wall to smoke. I can understand no smoking in the rooms, but to ban smoking on the balconies is ridiculous.

We went to the Bilmar week of March 27, 22. We went for rest, a safe and fun place for our 2 & 4 year old, and to have access to a warm pool and steps away from the beach. That is exactly what we got! We had no issues and when we needed towels, candy, or waters the front desk was very helpful.
Not only was the front desk helpful while we were there but when we left we accidentally forgot my carry on luggage with a lot of valuables in it. I called them up and they retrieved it immediately and shipped it out ASAP. I received it with everything in it and all in one piece.
This resort is a family friendly resort, that gave us what we needed. We read the reviews and what they offered and it was exactly as described. If you have kids and like kids then this is the place to go.
There were issues with electricity and they resolved it ASAP and informed us. It didn’t impact us as all, even our food in fridge wasn’t effected.

If you are looking for a 5 star, high end resort then this isn’t the resort for you but if you are looking for a kid friendly, safe, fun, and affordable resort at the location it is in- then I would recommend it!

Thank you to to the staff who really helped us out while we were there and with my carry on, it was a very stressful situation and you reduced the stress to the maximum level possible.
