“Pleasantly surprised Usually I go over to Little Italy in Disston Plaza.. but their pizzas are so soggy lately I got tired of it.. had the meatball and mushroom pizza from Hungry Howie's..pretty tasty! “We order from this place all the time from the shop I work at. There were a couple of times that they forgot the cup sauces (which are .50) and they didn't cut the pizza all the way through. But, but, but the finally on the third mishap I called. The manager was extremely accommodating and instantly apologized and gave us our next order for free. Which she held up on her end! The pizza is ALWAYS good, even when it wasn't cut properly. The cheezy bread is really good as well. We will continue to constantly order from this place. They have really good "hot deals" every week.”

“It was great for the most part. Juan (the employee that stands with his arms crossed and does nothing with his hat backwards) had an attitude problem. We made a joke and I dont think he quite understood it because he got mad and told his fellow employee he was "tuning her out". For anyone who wants to know the joke that was so funny....My sister held the door for three employees. She thought it was just the one taking the trash and two more came out. So she came in and said" I held the door for 3 of your employees. Therefore I'm due for the 3 door discount." He said oh ok and asked the name for the order. So of course we were hysterically laughing in shock. I bet you just laughed. :) Everyone else was great.”

“The pizza is fine, though it is better hot than slightly warm (which happened after 30 minutes, as expected). The pizza was ready after about 20 minutes of ordering. There seemed to be some confusion in communication at the store about the definition of “Just the crust,” but that was resolved (They add butter, garlic, and Parmesan to their bread sticks, though that wasn’t communicated to me when I asked.). The marinara sauce is okay. The price was more towards high than low. Central Pizza gets the job done when you’re in the area and need a pizza.”
