Perkins Restaurant & Bakery

Perkins was awesome. Strawberry everything!! Some kinda cream cheese puffs with strawberries, yum. It was really busy, but the wait was not bad at all, good service.

I usually get the same thing every time, the combo with 1/2 sandwich, 1/2 soup or salad and a slice of pie. I usually almost always pick a Cobb salad but the last time I visiting the waitress brought me a salad with avocados and salsa.

I told her I ordered a Cobb salad. She said that is a Cobb salad. I told her Cobb salads come with eggs and bacon. She just said oh sorry we are out of bacon and walked away.

Well it still does not have salsa on it. My daughter ordered the sampler appetizer and the deep fried pickles were burnt.

The place is always freezing winter or summer. I do like the pies but their strawberry muffin only had strawberry frosting no strawberries. The muffin w as plain did not have strawberries nor did it taste strawberry and was really dry.

Today was a great day. The waitress was very kind and attentive. The Food was very good, and served hot and delicious. I had not eaten here for about a year, because of the opposite of above comment. They have really improved.
