Came for breakfast on a Sunday afternoon anticipating a wait. Manager Erica and server Brendan were both very friendly. Waited a long time for the food, but once it arrived it was delicious and hot. Only problem is restrooms were gross

Love the side salad with French dressing and cheese n bacon :-) great late evening deals. 8 99 for a cheeseburger, fries and a coke. Stone was a terrific server. Clean restaurant, good food and great service ????

When you first open the door to this immaculate clean interior, you are greeted with a genuine polite smile from the hostess who accommodate your desire to sit in a booth or table you are also informed your server name. Once you are comfortable, there is no need to look for your server because like magic this well dressed attire person ask " Would you like any drinks to start of with ? " You can only ask yourself " If the server is so well mannered and wearing a prestigious attire you know the food must be superb" And guess what? The amount , presentation and taste is above what you would of expected. If anyone one want great food, cozy atmosphere and a wonderful time with friends, family or neighbors Perkins Restaurant in Davenport, Florida is the place to be. I know because I've been there numerous times and will continue to go back Doug Kinnas

We were in Florida and noticed this place. We've never eaten here but decided to as it seemed so comfortable. After looking over the menu, we were happy with our decision to eat here. Perkins specializes in breakfast fare but it was obvious that everything on the menu is delicious. Breakfast is served all day. Their Monday special is a free slice of pie during a certain time of the day. Our waiter Nathan was a gem. Efficient and friendly. Service could be a little quicker but hey, when you receive your food, you'll forget about when it was brought to you. Enjoy and aloha.
