My wife & I came into get tacos because our normal place is closed. The tacos were good but the “owner” possibly, the lady who seems to be in charge is extremely rude. I asked if the tacos were good, I wasn’t being rude, genuinely asking but also trying to make conversation as it was our first time here and she rudely, extremely rudely responded “well they must be because we sell 100 pounds of tortillas”. Then we over ordered a bit, and had leftovers. My wife went to ask for a container, my wife doesn’t speak the best spanish and again the lady rudely replied. My wife jokingly turned around and said in Spanish, I’m sorry, I don’t understand, I’m a gringa” and she walked away. Another gentleman (one of the cooks) gave my wife the container and then was reprimanded in front of us for giving my wife the container. Good tacos, but we will not be back. Customer service is everything and if you can’t be nice, you don’t deserve someone’s business.
Great place to stop when on the road. Owners are very friendly! It's a warm environment.
Great food and excellent customer service!
They have such good food here! Get the chicharrones as early as you can. They're REAL, meat and fat, perfect crunch. Heck, i even eat them at night. They catered for my wedding, that's how good they are. Not a huge selection of food but whatever they have there is soooo good. You go and order and they'll give you a slip of paper. While you're waiting for your food, take the slip up front to pay, they'll stamp it for you and the paper goes back to them when you get your food. They have tacos de asada (steak), pastor and carnitas (both pork), that I know of and if you ask really nicely, they'll cut up your chicharrones for you too. It's also a mini mart. They have candies, chips, drinks Etc all from Mexico. They have fresh corn tortillas and i think you can even send money to your families ie Mexico. Their rice is soooo yummy and my husband loves their beans. We eat here often cuz it's so close to our house and they're affordable.
