Delicious food. Good service. The menu could be explained better

Good food. Friendly service. Not everyone loves their job, I miss chipotle in Pembroke pines Florida. The workers there were always energetic and smiling. This one in Lakeside sometimes they look like they're just there to do their job and they don't serve your food... Nicely. To me if you're happy then you give a good serving of food. If you're not then I'll eat it and still be hungry. Step up your game management. Hire people that love chipotle food so they know what customers wants.

Very good quality and service is fast, chicken freshly made is always great to see (other meats are too). Very active during the afternoon, I recommend going around 3pm when it's less crowded.

Decent experience as far as Chipotle goes. They are a little chincy on the meat depending on who is working so sometimes a double order is required if you want your money's worth. Great food otherwise. Staff could not seem so unhappy though. Its not DisneyWorld but coming across totally miserable with no sense of humor isn't fun for the customers either.

The food is good but I think the main problem is managing. Not only in this place in many other places too. And it's a shame because the concept and the food are really good! so if you ask me and I think they should start hiring managers that pay attention to the little details...
