Great service. Good Icecream, just needs more sprinkles on their cones

The food is good but their ice cream is awesome indoor dining is limited

It’s Dairy Queen so you know the ice cream is great. I am glad they brought back their butterscotch dip. The new location is very cheerful.

We have gone here many times. Both the hot food and the desserts are fantastic. Most of the time the staff is very friendly and helpful.

3 stars because there is room for improvement.

We have had multiple occasions (five times total) when our order has been prepared incorrectly and we have had to get it corrected. The staff is always very responsive to correcting the order.

A couple times when the customer interaction could have been better. One time I asked for a cheese burger with lettuce, tomato, and sauce. When the meal came out with only meat and cheese, instead of apologizing, the staff member said to me, "you ordered it wrong. You need to say 'cheese burger deluxe.'"

Another time, Susan from the kitchen reprimanded my husband and I for not hearing her call out our order. "I called you out five times, guys, and even went outside and you didn't answer." My husband apologized, and Susan said nothing else and stormed off.

Please work on getting orders correct and improving customer service. For the most part, we love dairy queen.

We almost always enjoy going to Dairy Queen especially at the new location. Just seems a bit pricey for what you get. Otherwise good food and ice cream. Staff is always friendly.
