Burger King

When ordering, it is a hit or miss on the customer service. Half the time they are nice but there is one girl who takes orders for the drive through that is so rude and seems to hate life or everyone. I still go thinking she has got to be fired by now. But NOPE. Other than her the rest of the crew has been great.

I've only used the drive thru and at first I was happy but after a few times, I find the staff to be under trained showing poor attitudes. The food comes out the same as any other Burger King but the attitudes kinda suck. I'm old enough to be some of these employees parent and being spoken to in the way/tone leaves a bit to be desired.

I had lunch here today and had a great experience. I had a situation occur of my own fault and the management stepped up and resolved it. He didn't have to; he wanted to. His kindness is what this world needs more of. The food was hot, fresh, very good and was ready before I had my drink poured. The staff was very friendly yet professional and very attentive. The dining room was clean and management as well as staff came by and asked if everything was alright. This is what good customer service looks like. I'm glad I stopped by for lunch today and I will definitely be back again soon.

It's a few weeks later and though the pomp and circumstance is over, it's still a clean restaurant with fast, fresh food and friendly service. Still a good lunch experience.
