Very knowledgable service and delicious soups!

Great food and service. They have amazing curried chicken sandwiches and soups. Gone here for many years. Anthony is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and staff are excellent. Small seating area for dining but it is a health food store.

Good food and juice. But I definitely don't get why you'd go for paper straws (environmental choice I'd guess) and styrofoam cups and plates...

Love this place! Best soups ever. Awesome soups and sandwiches for vegans and non vegans. The gazpacho is better than any I've ever had and the mushroom barley and garbanzo beans soups are also delicious. My non vegan friends and family love the chicken and tuna salads and don't forget the yogurt and smoothies! What a gem in Lakeland. When I travel between Tampa and Orlando, I hit this place for quarts of soup to go and vitamin supplements . The service is very personal and I trust the recommendations. It's definitely worth a detour.

Anthony is AMAZING. She is the real deal in knowing her store and her supplements. All you have to do is talk to her and tell her what's going on and she gives you the right combo. I love her!
