    Always a wait ... I use mobile app now to cut the line, and haven't ever waited more than a minute in doing so. I've not experienced the gripes everyone else here seems to have, but I will say the coffee just doesn't taste as good. Got regular dark roast today and it was watery as hell. I hope they work out these kinks soon.

    Definitely make sure you have time as the waits can be long but are totally worth it. I wish they made the facility larger for the quality of the customer service food and beverages is absolutely outstanding. This is definitely my new favorite Dunkin

    Tentative Review. Seeing the first three reviews are poor. This location has been open less than 1 week as of this, and previous reviews writings. I'll give it a better review after awhile to give the staff and management time to settle in to their location and jobs. They are slow right now and it appears to be a bit hectic, but the store and employees are brand new right now. If the service doesn't improve after a few weeks, then my opinion may change.
