As food goes, you're in for a salty treat here. Many a night after eating taco Bell I wake up with an overpowering thirst. I can only compare this thirst to what I expect would occur if you stomached plates and plates of sand. It's fast food though so nothing new here.
As far as taco bells go, this one is consistently very quick, accurate, and friendly.
The other day I went through the drive thru and got a few items from the taco bell menu and my boyfriend ordered the fish and shrimp box. We didn't check our food before we left, so it wasn't until we were home that we realized that they forgot the shrimp in his box. So I called the store and asked an employee named Lacy what my options were. She apologized and said I could come tonight if I wanted, or really just any time and they would resolve the issue. So I drove back and told her I was the one who called. She apoloized again and rang in a whole new fish and shrimp box. Then I asked for an order of the nacho fries and a few of those cinnamon bun ball things. When I tried to hand her money for the extra things, she told me she had it covered and apologized again. Even the line cook apologized when he handed me the food. I was genuinely taken back with how sweet all the employees were and how much they truly cared about customer service. Lacy deserves a raise and some sort of recognition for what she's doing for that store. She made for an overall stellar experience. I really hope someone from management or corporate actually reads this and gives Lacy the recognition she deserves.
Walked in and was greeted by an overly cheerful person. Ok? I'm glad she's so happy to have a job. So many don't. Our order was right and perfect. I had the Mexican pizza and 2 soft tacos, and my husband had the 2 piece fish dinner. It was fresh from the fryer.
