The Purple Pit Stop

Stopped while riding nearby bike trail. Popular place for quick lunch. Since it was 91 degrees we got homemade scope ice cream. Ladies inside were very fast. Paid about $9.50 for 4 big cold scopes. Seemed like a good value. Up the hill from the bike trail and mixed in with local government and school buildings. Hard to miss. It is only purple building around. Be careful crossing streets in this town. Not exactly pedestrian or bike friendly. In fact the local fire services vehicle could have let us cross at crosswalk but he decided he needed to go before us.

Amazing food, service and a great spot for lunch and even dinner been coming here almost every day during the academy for lunch and love it. Once the corrections academy ends I’ll definitely be making that drive from Tavares Fl to here.

My Husband and I stopped by The Purple Pit Stop today and let me tell you! It was amazing!

We got the Philly Cheese Steak Burger with fries and a Mint Chocolate Shake. It was by far one of the best burgers and the fries were so crispy and the seasoning was so tasty! Oh and my shake was delicious as well!

We will definitely be stopping by again and again! Thank you Purple Pit Stop for great food and super friendly service.

I came to surprise my fiance with Biria Tacos and they had them hot and fresh at my designated time and put extra care for the special occasion. Tacos were amazing and worth all the hype and we will definitely be regular customers. Highly recommend.

Visited the Purple Pit Stop for the first time and had the shrimp and fries. Food was made to order, hot, crispy. Yummy loved the hot food. My daughter had the bacon burger and milkshake, truly enjoyed it. The burger was big, fresh and delicious as well. Will definitely visit again, highly recommended.
