We came her today for a family meal of 4 we ordered the chicken when we got home the chicken was VERY pink we tried to cook it a little more in the microwave I even cut some up for my kids and saturated it in a frying pan after about 15 minute I started serving the kids and it was still pink (a lot less then when we got it ) so I decided to bring the whole chicken back for a turkey instead to stay on the safe side I have 3 small kids and didn’t want to risk them getting sick , the manager Inas (I think that’s how you spell it)was very helpful and polite thank you very much ! I will definitely be back she handled our complaint and was very friendly.

The dine-in experience is much better than the drive thru. We dined in today and it was great. We got plastic containers instead of plates and others around us had plates.

We have mixed feelings about this location. Online ordering is not the best and they block some options that are allowed only by calling in the order. While calling in the order you will be on hold for sometime while listening to someone playing games in the background claiming they have other guests. All though the food is some what great. They lack customer service and on how to handle issues. But they make sure to offer you a brownie to make up for it, which is not near enough for their mishaps. We would like to say thank you to the manager for trying to cover for the mistakes. Perhaps they could use more training in customers service. The restaurant seemed clean upon entering but we did not hang around long to get great detail. In our opinion we will not be returning based on the quality of service we where given.
