Papa Nalu Aloha Grill

Amazing food! I suggest one of the bowls! Pineapple chicken was amazing! Our server was very sweet and attentive, wish i woulda caught their name. Will 100% be making this a regular lunch spot for myself.

I remember this place from 2 years ago and never made it there. Needed a place to grab a quick bite and Papa Nalu Aloha Grill was one the way. First we walked in and almost left because of the smell, wasn't sure what it was but it was not pleasant. A daughter took our drink order and then we also ordered the samples platter, best thing we could have done, everything was awesome! Then we ordered food with high expectations and it did not disappoint!! My youngest daughter doesn't really eat her vegs bit this time she was looking for seconds. All sauces homemade, a must try...especially the pineapple dipping sauce...WOW! Papa Nalu Aloha Grill will be added to my families MUST eat at list next time we visit Pensacola Beach area!!

We were finally able to come out and try this gem! Definitely not disappointed, food was delicious, the waiter was very friendly, and they accommodated our request to change where we were seated. The initial table was a small round one meant for 4, and we had 4 adults and 2 toddlers. There just wasn’t enough space, but they allowed us to change tables. It definitely got busy after we arrived around 5.

Never disappointed. The aloha fries (mixed regular/sweet potato) are always good. If you like musubi or good moco loco, this is a good place for you. I've been there a few times and everything was good. Even after being in Hawaii, this island comfort food is heavy but amazing. Not to mention the portions are big. Looking forward to my next trip there.
