Fantastic beer collection and food, options for both relatively unique to this location. The only negative in my opinion is the fryer closes at a certain time, and the place becomes a regular bar. I'd prefer access to food while drinking late at night, especially the home made chips.
Have loved coming here for years and years! Great atmosphere and great food. Cami was super sweet and did a great job for us! The kitchen seemed pretty slow though. Also, my son wanted to try the beer cheese burger, but didn’t know if he liked beer cheese. We asked if he could try just a dollop so he could figure out if that’s what he wanted or not. The kitchen refused to give him a taste, and instead forced the server to put in a $3 side for it. We could t order our food until he tried the cheese. After 15 minutes of waiting for our “side” of beer cheese, I finally told her to forget it and told my son to pick something different. Not very good customer service!
Was pretty decent. Was surprised to see it was actually a restaurant and not a 'bar' grill. Freshly made mushrooms that were hand battered were decent and a clear sign of that.
I got a Philly, which was fairly decent. The fries were awesome though. Large large servings though, you really get a full plate.
Pretty good food at a decent price. Was good enough I would come back for sure though.
The food and service was good. The outside isn't really appealing. It's an aging sports bar, that needs some cleaning on the exterior. More people were at the bar then the rest of the restaurant. I thought it would be busy on a Saturday around lunch time, especially for a sports bar,, but it wasn't. The hubs and I had Philly cheesesteak sandwiches. He had fries and I had onion rings. They were good, but not anything we would make an effort to go back weekly for.
Totally enjoyed my food today, I had the overloaded hwy 90 pileup. Grilled chicken breast topped with bacon, cheese and toasted crunchy onions. The onions were so good, similar to the fried onions you buy in a container for Thanksgiving but much better, it was meaty inside. Very good! Definitely not what we buy from the store. I had two sides, mac n cheese and steamed veggies. The mac n cheese looked wonderful but didn't have much flavor. But the atmosphere and the very reasonable pricing made it a place I will patronize in the future. I forgive them for the mac n cheese. Personally I like sharp cheddar.
