Very bright and clean in the restaurant. Was not to loud to have a conversation at the table. They had live music which was great. The food was served quickly and was delicious. Every employee we encountered was friendly . I will definitely be back!
I recently visited Pedro's Tacos and Tequila Bar in Pace and I must say, I was quite impressed with their newly remodeled restaurant. The ambiance was beautiful and the service was top-notch.
However, I have to be honest about the food. While it was beautifully presented, and it was “pretty good”, it didn't quite meet my expectations in terms of quality. It was definitely better than average, but I couldn't help but feel like something was missing. That being said, I do believe that Pedro's Tacos and Tequila Bar has potential and I'm willing to give it another try in the future. Overall, I would give it a solid four stars.
Little pricey for what you get. Military discount didn't add up but oh well. Service was excellent as fajitas were medium and sent back to get well done.
The food was amazing. I got tacos, I forgot the name of it, but it’s kind you dip in broth and OMG it was so good. The salsa was made with fire roasted tomatoes, and it did not taste good, but the service and the rest of the food was amazing.
1. Layout is nice. Clean, colorful and inviting. Spacious for large groups is a plus.
2. Prices at first glance seem a tad high but the quantity of the platter we chose - plato Pedro I think. You get 6 items for 17$ and it is enough to split.
3. Elpaso has a lockdown on the quesadilla with white queso, as Pedro's falls short. We ordered one a la carte. Meat was room temp at best and skimpy on the cheese they used.
4. Water is definitely tap and you can taste it but not a big complaint. But the margarita list had me hopeful. Sadly.. Another hit here as the smalls start at 8/9/12$ depending on flavor. My 12$ small cucumber/jalapeno one tasted like a sad version of a watered down margarita.
Side note if asked I will say something/give my opinion on whatever and I did, but I prefer to buy and try my food rather than get a substitution or refund as I get the loss on a business end. Had it been terrible I would have absolutely said something.. I don't go for freebies/ make a scene.
