Cocoa Yoga Cafe

I'm a nurse. I was desperate for a hot, healthy breakfast. Since hurricane Ian, I had been working a lot, didn't have power at home, lost everything in my refrigerator, and needed a healthy meal. I noticed the Cocoa Yoga Cafe next to the medical office I was working at. Awesome experience. Extremely accommodating, kind, and wonderful food. I had scramble eggs, peppers, and onions, bacon and Avocado slices. Highly recommend!!!

Super Friendly Staff and Instructors

I have taken two classes at the studio. Both of them were amazing. Buti Yoga and Root Down and Rise up. The classes were very fun and the instructors were extremely kind and fun. The atmosphere is gorgeous. I LOVE the fact they have a shower on premise. If you are hungry at the end of your class, they offer food and drink for a reasonable price. Next up, will be Ariel Yoga! I am so pleased I found a place near me. *I am so proud of you girl. 💜

I have attended two classes and received a massage (I also have enjoyed 2 yummy smoothies) at the newly opened Cocoa Yoga Cafe and my experience has been over the top outstanding. From the moment I entered the studio, I was personally welcomed and couldn't help but be impressed with the neat, clean and crisp atmosphere. The staff are professional and empathetic to your needs and concerns. Whitney does a fabulous job cuing individuals to either enrich or modify a sequence/pose and always makes you feel "warrior" strong throughout class! Addie's Fascial Stretch Therapy/Massage cannot be explained in words, you must experience it!
I am excited and look forward to trying an aerial class (something on my bucket list).
