Metro Diner

Food was very good and came out fast. Service was also very good, with the exception being our server didn't really let me know all of our options as far as sides. I'll definitely go back.

The food was excellent and plentiful. The server wasn't so great. She forgot the roll that went with my dinner and when the manager (?) came by to ask how everything was and I mentioned the missing roll he sent the server over with it and she dropped it off without a word. We wondered about dessert but lost interest when it took so long for her to return with the check, and she never asked if we wanted dessert anyway. She never looked in our direction and when she wasn't waiting on others, I saw her just standing there staring into space. We would return, the food was that good, I just want another server.

A friend and I went to the Metro Finer today and we had a great experience. She ordered breakfast. I ordered the lunch meatloaf plate. It was delicious! Our waitress was great, cheerful and accommodating. Another employee, I think it may have been the manager, sorry I forget her name, she came to our table to ask if things were ok. We had a pleasant conversation. It was a fun time since this friend and I can’t always get together as often as we’d like. We’ve eaten here before and we always have a good time.

We love this place! Staff friendly, attentive and fast. Teamwork is obvious. We have only had breakfast here, but have tried several items and they are all wonderful. And portions are plenty!

Our smiley server, DAYNA, was helpful in suggestions.
She remained very attentive during our meal. EVERY part of our meals were PERFECTION!..from the homemade redskin mashed potatoes to the perfectly cooked broccoli. Both meats: the pulled pork & the beef tips melted in your mouth. Beer & wines are a nice variety and priced $4.99 or less!
Paid high compliments directly to manager/owner, JUSTIN. He stayed at our table, reassuring us that his goal is 'No customer leaves unhappy.' Metro Diner is full of delicious comfort foods with a guarantee to make your experience PERFECT.
