Cleanliness: one of the better Applebee’s I’ve been to

Price: price is normal as usual

Quality: Foos was okay not to hot not to cold

Best place to visit, friendly staff and a good food, they care about costumers and always make sure that everyone is happy with service and food. We forgot our phone there and they gave us it back the next day. Love this place.

Access to the restaurant is easy from either direction on Fruitville Road because the entrance is actually on Paramount Drive and there is a traffic light at the intersection.
The menu is fairly varied and moderately priced.
We were very pleased with our waitress who was quite entertaining.
The layout is cozy plus a patio.
There are many TV screens that can be seen from every angle if you need diversion. They were all showing sports channels when we were there.
There is limited indoor seating for wheelchair bound patrons.
This restaurant is indeed friendly.

This Applebee's is wonderful. The staff is nice and the food is great. They have plenty of drink specials food specials and other specials daily so you always get a good deal. The only thing I don't like about this place is that the booths are very shaky and when someone else moves you can feel your booth move as well.

I've never been to Applebee's before. It was alright. It wasn't phenomenal. I got a burger and fries (did the 2 for $20) and it was alright. Also got mozzarella sticks. They were very good. I loved them. The fries were good and well-spiced. The burger didn't really have any flavor and seemed like it was frozen, not fresh. And it wasn't very hot. The service was very good, though. That's what made it good. The guy was hilarious and good about getting everything out quickly and keeping refills in check.
