Love love love this place. Portions small but delicious.

One of the best new spots in Sarasota. Very creative menu, beautifully presented and prepared. I had crispy short ribs with polenta topped with a spicy sauce. It was delicious.
Most people give 5 stars if they like the restaurant. I loved this place, but think 5 stars has to be given to top restaurants using world standards not just great for Sarasota. This place is outstanding for Sarasota.

Outstanding food and service. Shrimp and Polenta was phenomenal, fries can't be beat and the chocolate port dessert with shortbread cookies melts in your mouth.

Had a great date night at Blase Bistro. My husband and I loved the lively atmosphere and the live music. Very nice and attentive service as well. We will be back, especially to get more of the delicious brussel sprouts!

We had a fabulous meal here. Chef Mike Isabella is a great cook. The whole fried snapper is gorgeous to look at and absolutely delicious. We also love the ambience. Casual and relaxed with jazz three nights a week. Go! You’ll love it!
