Brine Seafood and Raw Bar

I typically cook every day because when I dine out, I am usually disappointed. That’s simply was not the case here at ‘Brine!

I went with a friend and shared the fried calamari with banana peppers. Now I am Italian so this was a true test since we make calamari several ways. The calamari was tender and tasty with a very delicious dipping sauce on the side

Next, we split a crabcake sandwich. This was very tasty! Lastly, we had the short rib grilled cheese sandwich. This was also amazingly tasty and cooked to perfection!

I would definitely go back to Brine!

I had the opportunity to have dinner last evening at Brine with my wife and friends. The food was terrific, excellent outside seating service exceptional. I wish you and your team nothing but success in the months and years ahead :)

Had oysters Rockefeller for starter. Delicious. Followed by seafood bouillibaise. Classic and shrimp and fish with carrots and onions done to perfection in a tomato saffron sauce.

Fresh new Seafood restaurant in Gulf Gate! Ate here on Valentine’s Day and wouldn’t have picked a different place. Everything from the salads to the entrees were so fresh and beautifully presented. One of our new favorite spots for sure. We ate outside but inside was clean and modern. Great addition to this area and can’t wait to return. Julia was our server and for such a new restaurant was very educated on the menu. She was attentive and sweet as could be! Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Went there to lunch with some foodie friends. Had just heard about the restaurant from a friend. Have to say it was the most delicious lunch I have had in a very long time. Everything we tasted was so unbelievably good and Julia was the most perfect server ever. We love this Place. A must go to place will definitely be back often.
