Great food. I tried 1 roll of shrimp tempura and had to come back to buy more. So delicious.

Mongolian beef was awesome!! So much flavor, absolutely wonderful. Will definitely order again. ???? The cashew chicken (sauce especially) was not very good, but the fried rice was yummy! We were given soup instead of salad too, but no biggie.
Tried the sushi: The mexican roll, shrimp tempura, & tuna cucumber rolls were excellent (nice cuts of tuna & the shrimp were fried perfectly)! However, the spicy tuna roll was like pureed canned tuna mixed with spicy mayo & was not good. The worst was the shrimp avocado roll; the shrimp were completely raw. I realize this is a sushi roll, however, serving raw shrimp is known to be a health hazard if they are not eaten immediately after removing them live from the water. I have NEVER been served raw shrimp at any sushi restaurant in 20 years. We did not eat this roll. Now that we know what's good, we'll be back! Good prices, online ordering, & quick service. Wish I could rate 3 & 1/2 stars ????

The owner of China Star is so friendly. Their food is great. Their prices are reasonable. The portions are huge. I love their vegan offerings!!!!!
