Healthy to Go

Amazing healthy food. This was my favorite find, absolutely outstanding and a must try. They currently have only one table for two outside, but nevermind because the food is so fantastic we are already planning on our next order to bring home for ourselves and guest. A must try.

Healthy To Go is such a wonderful addition to Sarasota and I highly recommend it. We just enjoyed a delicious meal of a variety of different Mediterranean foods. My husband is from Turkey and he was really impressed by the flavors the owner created with the dishes. You can order a plate of food (there are different sizes to choose from) and then select various homemade items to make your plate. This way you get to try many of the different foods if you can’t decide what to order. There is a variety of vegan and vegetarian options to choose from. My husband and I are both vegan and the owner was very knowledgeable about our diet. There are a few small tables outside if you wish to dine there. Otherwise, it is more of a to-go place. We will definitely be back soon.

What an absolute delight this place is! Stumbled upon Healthy To Go when searching for mediterranean food… definitely going back again! Everything was so healthy, flavorful, and delicious. The staff was so kind and welcoming.

This, hands down some of best food I ever had. So clean, fresh and delicious. Very high quality Mediterranean food and very well priced. Just a few block down from 420 munchies Cafe by the way I don’t recommend 420 cafe due to its very low quality food for a high price.

Wonderful little place. Fresh quality, authentic Mediterranean food. Home made recipes. Darling little shop. All natural products. The owner is the nicest lady ever and really cares about the people she's serving. 10/10 would recommend and definitely coming back here. This place is AMAZING!

We had just eaten at 420 munchies because the menu looked interesting but honestly it was not good. Low quality food made in an interesting way but it made me feel sick. So we decided to take a walk after our very expensive, low quality meal and we stumbled upon Healthy To Go. We got better quality food for way less than we paid at 420 munchies. I feel so much better after eating here.
