Hoshi sushi

So delicious!! The manager is incredibly kind and the sushi chef is a genius. Only place I will sit at the sushi bar an allow the chef to make whatever he wants for me. I’m consistently impressed with the chefs innovative dishes and welcome trying new things. I would recommend trying it, and calling ahead for big parties is also likely a good idea as it’s not the biggest space. But this makes for a personable and enjoyable experience!

This is a great place to have sushi! The taste of each sushi is delicious and unique, you won’t get wrong with any, the service is great, we had a very nice and sweet waitress that made our night very special! We really really loved this place. Try to get early because it can get busy, it is a small place

The best sushi in Sarasota period! I love sushi but hadn't found really good sushi that checked all of the boxes until today.. ratio of rice in a roll (not to much rice), perfectly cut sashimi and creativity. Do yourself a favor and go check out this family owned establishment!

A great new addition to the Gulf Gate area. Great food, excellent service, and beautiful atmosphere. On top of that, owner is very nice and friendly. Overall great sushi restaurant that you should definitely check out!

This is the best sushi in town and I’m so glad I found them after thinking all Sarasota sushi was mostly rice with little fish. Everything I’ve tried so far has been delicious. Plus, the staff is super friendly. Love this place!
