Hyde Park Prime Steakhouse

Better than Capital Grille! I LOVE Rib-eye steak and it was a toss up between Hyde Park and Capital Grill... I’m SO glad I chose Hyde Park.. the dry aged Rib-Eye was to die for.. it was cooked perfectly rare and one of the best steaks I’ve ever had! My wife’s surf and turf was amazing as well. I would highly recommend this restaurant for fine steak dining.

Meh. Great service, food is pretty good - stuffy dark atmosphere. Menu is typical. It's a corporately owned chain restaurant. Nothing more nothing less. If you want the best steak in town go elsewhere - like Summer House.

Hyde Park never disappoints! Chad is really a great manager and has a very professional team. Everything is always cooked perfectly and comes out piping hot! Can’t wait to get back!

My husband took me here for our Wedding anniversary. We walked in and we were directed to a secluded romantic table. There were rose petals on the table and a anniversary card signed by the staff. Our waiter Allan was attentive. He went over the menu with us and described his favorites. We both had the rib eye which was very tender and the lobster mac and cheese was excellent. The manager stopped by as well as others to wish us a happy anniversary, but never lingered to long to give us our privacy. We can't wait to go back. It was worth the price.

Service was fantastic, so attentive. Dry aged, bone -in strip was pretty good. Lobster mac is good, a little on the salty side. Fried onions as garnish, tried and true, or dated?

Third visit, ordered the normal strip steak with the cognac sauce. To be honest, nothing to be wowed about, I've had much better tasting and cooked steaks for half the price. Again, service was great, albeit it slightly slow. Sunday evening and some steaks were unavailable. Oh, and just a suggestion, try wiping the plate before presenting them to the customer.
