Beautiful environment, friendly staff and the food was very good. Fresh made parmesan croutons on the salad, fresh made pasta, and the olive oil was so tasty you could drink it. The only thing is it's a little pricey, $18 and up for pasta but it's really tasty, fresh and good. Also, a few more lunch options would be nice. Will definitely go back!
Definitely a good date night place. The patio is lovely on a nice day. Our server was very nice and knew her thing! My only complaint is the bruschetta was difficult to eat. The bread couldn’t even fit in my mouth because the slice was too thick, the tomatoes weren’t small enough to bite, and it was under seasoned. My pizza was killer though!! Definitely split items with your friends to try more stuff on the menu.
As an Italian-American from Brooklyn, we are always told that there is no good Italian food outside of NYC.
This was the best food we have had in Sarasota and may have been some of the best Italian food we ever had.
Service was friendly and knowledgable.
It was an authentic but down to earth feel.
Very enjoyable. Looking forward to out next trip down to visit again.
Very fresh delicious brick oven baked pizza, you can even choose a wheat crust. Delicious pasta dishes and salads too. They also serve lunch with sandwiches and salads. The interior of the restaurant is quite nice with a bar area and an upper level too. You'll really enjoy it.
Food was delicious, and everyone there is so nice, from the host/owner to the wait staff. No complaints at all. I had the steamed shellfish 1st course and the branzino for my main course. I especially loved the shellfish. We always like going there. It has a good buzz, for Sarasota!
