Sorrento Sweets

Great sorbet and gelato. I'm interested to come back and try some of their unique tea blends ... even though this shop is mainly about coffee.

Stopped in for a quick bite. The coffee was good the sweets were amazing. Truly a unique place.

Amazing vegan chocolate cake!!! A friend ordered the cake for me and Colleen from Sorrento Sweets went above and beyond to make the perfect cake. The frosting is so light and fluffy and the cake was the perfect texture too. Super delicious and Colleen is the sweetest, I will be ordering all my cakes from them in the future!

Don't miss this wonderful gem on Main Street (and don't be confused - this is a fairly new business, not to be confused with the old "Italian" coffee shop here that was not all that hot). Coffee is wonderful, pastries are made fresh daily and are delicious, and we can say first-hand that the Sorrento Caprese sandwich is out of this world! Balsamic olive oil was so good I could have had a small cup of it by itself! Plus, the basil pesto - heaven! Please help keep this small business in Sarasota - stop in for breakfast or lunch - you will be happy you did! Staff here is friendly and accommodating - Jennifer and Kate will make sure you are happy with your choices.

Really sweet ladies working on the counter. I have a iced mocha and was a little bit in the sweet side but she fixed for me. My boyfriend had a caramel cappuccino and it was really good.I will be coming back.
