(November 12, 2020, 3:23 pm)I went to Starbucks today. As I am ordering and pulling up to the window I realize I left my wallet at home because I had it in the pocket of last night’s jacket . I tell the girl at the window that I’m going to run inside and try to download the app and put money on the app because my card is saved to my phone. As I’m going inside my phone is trying to connect to the Wi-Fi but it’s not properly connecting cause I’m not understanding that you have to plug in your info to connect, therefore I’m not able to download the Starbucks app and it’s taking forever. The nice gentleman comes around the corner of the counter with my food and drink already made and says “it’s on us”. Not only are they the best Starbucks around as far as consistency, but they have the sweetest staff. Thanks for making my day! Thanks for giving me the ability to get to work on time as well. You have a life long customer.
