SunCoast Meal Prep

Wow — what a treat!! We ordered several meals — Berry Oats, Breakfast Burrito, Zoodles, Keto Taco, Ponzu Salmon. EVERYTHING was DELICIOUS, AND delivered right to our front door! Even the packaging was first class, with reusable containers. We will be using Suncoast Meals as a healthy, top quality addition to our weekly menu.

Spanning 2 countries, 3 states, and 8 different meal prep service providers I’ve used in the past couple of years - SunCoast has been the absolute best!

The taste is amazing- better than restaurant quality. Super convenient to choose the amount of meals when I want, versus having to be on a fixed cycle. Good variety of different foods. Of course all are healthy & lean, the bulk size helps keep me satiated, and I like seeing the macros listed to keep a track of. Price points are very fair for what they provide, in line with others locally, but quality of food + taste + service can’t be beat!

I’ve tried the meal prep companies with silly “animal” names... truth is - the quality or love just wasn’t there. Sun Coast Meal Prep delivers a better product in my opinion! The food is moist and the sauces are delicious and healthy!! I noticed my digestive system working better and taking healthier trips. The overnight oats got me regular. Chef Mike Is delightful. He spent quite some time on the phone with me explaining and answering my questions. Other companies wanted me to go into a gas station to talk to someone. I can appreciate the professionalism local behind this company.

Some of the most delicious & high quality food I’ve tried from all the local meal prep companies. I cook for a living. I can easily eat this every day. Super convenient. I don’t have to make it haha. Meal prep makes it easy for me to eat well while I run my food truck. My boyfriend likes that there is healthy food options, KETO, bulk and lean portions and a lot of diversity for him as well.

Quality meals delivered to me! As a business owner I rarely have the time to stop and give my body the food that I need to be running at my best. SunCoast Meal Prep is the best meals that are prepared and delivered to me, around my schedule. I’ve tried a lot of places but either they are too bland or small mom and pops operations. You can tell that this food is made by a real chef. Highly recommended.
