The Capital Grille

Amazing service by Mary! We were here to celebrate our mother's 70th birthday & reserved a private room, which was perfect for our bunch. All the steaks without a bone were overcooked, but the staff was quick to make things right even with some difficult guests in our party ???? Very expensive, but a great place for special occasions or if you have money to burn - you get what you pay for! It was a wonderful experience; again, our server Mary, as well as all the food & drinks were on point! Excellent ????

The food is excellent. The customer service is top notch. Other restaurant managers should take note to see what "good service" looks like. In Sarasota, the Capital Grill sits across from a restaurant that specializes in cheesecake. However, the cheesecake from Capital Grill tastes so much better that I felt it should be noted here. Would I go back? Yes, happily.

Food was absolutely excellent. 10/10. Service started out incredible, but there was a fruit fly in the memosa when delivered to the table, and the waitress never apologized (we were not rude about it), and after the food was brought to the table nobody came by for 45 min. We eventually had to flag someone down to get our check. Other capital grills have all had better service throughout.

If you want service like no other, ask for Kate. She made our dining experience unlike any we ever had. Knew the menu like the back of her hand and meticulously paid attention to every detail of our order. The food was great but we will remember Capital Grille for the service we received from Kate. Thanks Kate!!!
