The Sarasota Modern, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

Nice little bar. Awesome bar staff, Rob Boyland has blessed the drink menu with tasty treats. Only thing that I disliked is the lack of self parking. Really valet only? Will definitely do dinner next visit

Great new hotel with three amazing pools. Good location that is easy to find and easy to get to. We tried a few cocktails & some food options and everything was good. Liked the atmosphere at the bar downstairs. The room was spacious & very clean. I enjoyed the view from the balcony, well, just being outside I guess was the best part.

This hotel was all-around excellent. I can't stand valet parking, but this hotel made it work. Valet parking attendants were fantastic ambassadors. Room was white, clean, and spacious. Swimming pool area was fantastic. all staff members were Ultra friendly and gave great customer service.

Housekeeping missed my room one day. And apparently they don't keep housekeeping staff on the property after hours. This meant I went one day without housekeeping.

Beautiful space, thoughtfully designed, and the staff were excellent during our 2 night stay. Food was good at the restaurant as well.

Only problem is that the "juice bar" that is advertised is not a juice bar in the way you think. It is simply a bar with alcoholic drinks and when I asked about the juice bar I was told we have fresh lime, orange, and other juice. Which makes sense because it serves cocktails.

Also the "coffee bar" was located in the restaurant bar and had drip coffee in the morning.

What an amazing hotel, first of all wonderful decoration, it wasn’t too over the top it was simple, comfortable, chic and modern. Secondly in my opinion overall it was great from staff, to rooms, to location, I have to give it a 5/5. For a minute I thought I wouldn’t like the valet parking, but I was wrong. You knew the car was parked at a good location and they will bring the car back, at a good time.
